ClinicOS is The Leo Project’s proprietary Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, developed in-house to meet the realities of clinical care delivery in rural and resource-constrained Kenyan settings. ClinicOS was designed to be flexible, adaptable, and deeply embedded in day-to-day clinical operations, allowing for continuous improvement without dependence on SaaS platforms or external vendors.

The system manages the complete patient journey, from registration and triage through consultation, diagnosis, prescriptions, laboratory testing, referrals, and visit completion, creating a unified and accessible patient record for clinical and administrative teams.
